For over 20 years, Danny Daniel and Jonathan Stark have maintained a successful law practice as the owners and only partners of the firm. From turning losses into lessons to celebrating big wins, this dynamic duo has worked together to keep fellow Texans from getting screwed by big insurance companies.
However, looking toward the future success of the firm and continued dedication toward our clients, Danny and Jonathan have elected six deserving attorneys to become new partners! These strategic additions position Daniel Stark for future expansion and scale our ability to stand up to insurance companies. Our new Partners bolster our strength to advocate for our clients’ unique stories and fight for full value for their injuries.
So, with great excitement, meet Daniel Stark’s new Partners!
Chris Carver
Chris Carver has been a friend and a mentor to Jonathan Stark for over 30 years. Chris was Jonathan’s debate coach in college and his employer throughout his clerkship in law school. Beyond their extensive friendship, Chris has been with the firm for over ten years as one of the top litigators. There is not a single person who can walk through the door with a case Chris cannot handle. Jonathan said, “Defense firms – they know we have a lot of big cases. They also know that if they see Carver’s name on the petition, they better buckle the hell up because it’s going to be a bumpy ride for them.” A huge portion of our reputation and success as a personal injury firm can be attributed to Chris. His willingness to take on complex cases, advocate for our clients, and show insurance bullies who’s boss earned him the title of “Partner.”
Will Davis
Will Davis has been a cherished member of the Daniel Stark team for over 14 years. Starting as one of the firm’s first litigation attorneys, Will has been an integral part of the firm’s success. After years of dedication to our clients, he was named the Chief Legal Officer, leading a team of over 30 Daniel Stark attorneys. Jonathan says, “Will has so many qualities that keep me confident that he will be a fantastic law partner for many years to come.” Among those qualities, Will is a very methodical leader and puts careful thought and consideration into every decision he makes. “His deliberateness is an excellent balance to mine and Danny’s desire to go fast. Will pushes back in the healthiest of ways to make sure that we do not change for the sake of change,” Jonathan said. Will can be quiet and reserved, but he is a powerful leader and a ruthless advocate for our attorneys and our clients. His ability to inspire others and his dedication to our team make him an obvious choice for Partner.
Kristin Farrack
Kristin Farrack came into Daniel Stark as an attorney shortly after graduating from law school. She started in our Bryan office, but when Daniel Stark wanted to spread to the Austin community, Kristin was the first person ready to make the move to help this office be successful. For 12 years, she has been dedicated to protecting our clients from getting screwed by big insurance and has led 935 cases to successful resolution. Danny said, “If you’re on the opposite side of this woman, you know you’re up for a fight. She’s tough, and she doesn’t back down.” Among her success as an attorney, she also helped start our New Business Team to build relationships with our clients and legal community. “She keeps up with new clients, provider relationships, and all of our referral and co-counsel relationships. I don’t know how she keeps up with all of these relationships, but she does it so well,” Danny said. Currently, Kristin manages over 1,200 cases between her and her team. With Kristin as Partner, we feel secure that our firm will continue to connect with future clients and co-counsels.
Steven Hooker
Steven Hooker joined Daniel Stark in 2015 and was one of only seven attorneys on our team. Danny said, “He rolled in hot with ambition that only rivals that of mine and Jonathan’s.” Steven is a dedicated attorney constantly looking for ways to grow in his career and success for our clients. “This guy’s got grit. He is all in on personal and professional development. I had the privilege to spend a lot of time with Steven just this year working on professional development, and I have watched him grow as a leader,” said Danny. He was the first attorney at our firm to simultaneously handle both litigation and pre-litigation cases and eventually became an Attorney Team Lead. Under his leadership, Steven’s team has earned more for our clients than any other team in the history of our firm, with a total value of over $24 million. His contribution to the firm’s success will only continue to grow, and he earned being named Partner.
Michael Loh
Michael Loh was hired on at Daniel Stark in 2014 and moved his family from Houston, Texas, to join our Bryan office. Shortly after, the firm needed a qualified attorney to relocate to Killeen to advocate for our clients there. Michael, without hesitation, packed up his family once again to take on this role. He has the largest caseload out of anyone in the firm. Danny said, “I have never once heard him complain. He builds every case. You know why? Because he loves his clients. He wants what’s best for his clients.” Throughout his career at Daniel Stark, Michael has won over 1,000 pre-litigation cases for his clients, totaling more than $30 million in client wins without ever seeing a courtroom. “He’s as reliable as the day is long and is the cornerstone of pre-lit and Killeen,” Danny said. Michael has the determination and qualifications to lead Daniel Stark and the Killeen office to even greater success, and we are honored to have him as a new Partner!
Glenn Starks
Glenn Starks was elected to be the newest and youngest Partner of Daniel Stark. While his name adds convenience to preserving our branding and logo, his tenacity and grit earned his new title. Jonathan said, “Glenn embodies what it means to be remarkable. He’s been here for just over six years. However, during that short time, he’s proven that he can get it done.” Throughout Glenn’s career at Daniel Stark, he has successfully resolved over 380 personal injury cases, including a $1 million verdict out of Bell County. He’s found success through being a powerful and aggressive advocate for his clients. “He has got a huge heart for his clients. When one of Glenn’s clients suffers an injustice by result of an adjuster’s behavior or a judge’s ruling, he takes it as a personal offense and fights to make sure that the wrong is righted,” Jonathan said. Glenn’s partnership with Daniel Stark solidifies confidence in our future as a personal injury law firm because we can trust him to get stuff done.
These new partners bring unique and valuable experiences to the table. Their contribution to our firm will allow us to continue fighting for our clients and remain a resource for personal injury victims for years to come. It’s a great honor to welcome them as Partners, and we are excited to see what the future holds for Daniel Stark.
