We are excited to announce that our scholarship winner for the first quarter of 2016 is Mason Hosea!
Mason is a senior at Willis High School in Willis, Texas. He grew up as the youngest of 3 boys. His two older brothers created a reputation that Mason didn’t want to live up, so he chose to make his own path and succeed on his own. Breaking the mold of two older brothers isn’t an easy thing to do, but Mason set his mind that he didn’t want to anything but extraordinary and he has certainly lived up to that.
Mason has a passion for people and being there to help in any way he can. This has led to his desire to be a Life Flight Pilot in the future. He has taken the initiative to participate in classes that have allowed him to shadow doctors in their workplace and get a better idea of what it will be like to live out his dream.
Mason has been accepted into Texas A&M University as a member of the Corp of Cadets and will be majoring in Biomedical Science.
In his spare time, Mason enjoys playing golf with his friends, being apart of NHS, Student Council and Young Republicans at Willis High School.
Congratulations Mason!
