Holiday Stroll & Lighted Parade

You won’t want to miss the best Lighted Holiday Parade in Bryan-College Station! Take a walk through downtown Bryan on December 12th, from 5-7 p.m. Gaze at all the glimmering Christmas lights, browse through an array of local businesses, and find the perfect gifts for your loved ones.

It’s a light show like you’ve never seen before with floats, vehicles, fire engines, and more decked out in lights. They will all stroll down the streets of Downtown Bryan for a night of festive holiday fun. Plus, the kids will have the opportunity to see Santa!

Holiday Magic at Sue Haswell Park

The annual Holiday Magic returns to Sue Haswell Park December 5-9th, from 5:30-9 p.m. This free event offers goodies like hot chocolate and cookies, face painting, arts and crafts, and so much more.

Spend the evening with your child experiencing a visit from Santa and a ride down the snow hill before kicking back to relax and watch “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.” Bring the Christmas cheer and have your child smiling from ear to ear!

Reindeer on the Run Scavenger Hunt

This fun hunt is something you and your child can do together as you run your everyday errands around Bryan. Santa’s reindeer have escaped the North Pole and fled to the best place in Texas! Santa needs your help finding them. Visit Bryantx.gov/Reindeer to gather clues and search the City of Bryan locations to find the nine missing reindeer.

As you spot them, scan the QR code to be entered into a drawing to win prizes. Three winners will be selected on December 20th, so get out there and start searching for Santa’s flying companions!

Tinsel Trot at Lake Walk

Combat those pesky holiday pounds with the kids and family run! You and your children can participate in a 5K, 10K, or one mile run during the Tinsel Trot at Lake Walk on December 14th from 5-7:30 p.m. Admission costs are between $15-$35. Run through the Traditions neighborhood with treelined streets and scout out how these homeowners are decorating for the holidays.

Once the run is over, stick around to enjoy the party and socialize under the Christmas Lights and Lake Walk. This event can help families stay active together and let your kiddos run off that extra holiday energy!
