Meet Brad Russell, a litigation attorney at Daniel Stark.
Brad is from Monroe, a small city in Northeast Louisiana near Texas. Growing up, he enjoyed spending time with friends and family, which shaped his personable and grounded outlook on life. Seeking more opportunities and adventure, Brad moved to Texas after college.
He pursued his undergraduate degree at Louisiana Tech University, where he majored in political science. It was during his college years that he decided to pursue a career in law, inspired by a fascination with the profession’s ability to empower, advocate for change, and impact lives. Following his bachelor’s degree, Brad attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, a respected legal institution that several of his current colleagues at Daniel Stark also graduated from. He earned his JD in 2010.
After earning his law degree, Brad found himself working on the landmark Deepwater Horizon oil spill legal project, which ignited his interest in personal injury law. From there, Brad joined a prominent personal injury firm in Houston, gaining valuable experience working alongside one of the top attorneys in the country.
Eventually, Brad moved to Austin, Texas, where he worked with a couple of different attorneys before discovering Daniel Stark. What drew him to the firm was its unique, down-to-earth culture, focus on genuine client relationships, and unwavering commitment to evolving and improving processes. Brad officially joined Daniel Stark in 2018 as a hybrid attorney and has since transitioned into a litigation role, where he thrives in the courtroom advocating passionately for his clients.
He values the firm’s genuine and client-focused approach, finding purpose in helping individuals through some of the most challenging seasons of their lives. Brad finds deep fulfillment in building strong relationships with his clients and ensuring they feel heard, supported, and hopeful about the future.
When not in the courtroom, Brad embraces his passion for music by attending live concerts and playing the guitar. He also loves spending time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, and traveling internationally.
Among all his accomplishments, he draws his inspiration and confidence from his wife. He admires her success as an eye doctor while maintaining a positive attitude and desire to help others.
