Meet Olivia Chapa, a passionate and dedicated pre-litigation attorney at Daniel Stark.
Born and raised in the small town of Victoria, Texas, Olivia grew up amidst the simplicity and warmth of a close-knit community. With a childhood spent enjoying bonfire gatherings, four-wheel rides in the countryside, and frequent trips to the local mall and movie theaters, Olivia cherished the camaraderie and familiarity that her hometown offered.
After graduating high school, Olivia left Victoria to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). Initially unsure of her career path, she explored various fields of study before discovering her passion for political science and psychology. This realization set her on the path to becoming an attorney, as she recognized the potential of combining her interests in law and the human mind. Driven by her determination to quickly complete her education, Olivia pursued law school immediately after graduating from UTSA in 2016. She chose Saint Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio for its smaller, more intimate learning environment.
While still in law school, Olivia secured a summer position at the Law Firm of Oscar Garza, a personal injury firm in San Antonio. Initially hired to assist with demand backlogs, Olivia quickly proved her capabilities and was offered a law clerk position. This opportunity allowed her to gain invaluable experience and insight into the world of personal injury law. Upon graduating and becoming a licensed attorney in 2019, Olivia was welcomed back to the firm as a full-fledged attorney.
Olivia’s career path took her through several notable firms before she found her home at Daniel Stark. Along the way, she encountered different work cultures and environments, ultimately seeking a place where she could thrive both professionally and personally.
