At Daniel Stark, 2024 was a year of unprecedented growth and transformation. Our Partners have much to be proud of as they reflect on the past year’s milestones.

Danny Daniel, co-founder and partner, takes pride in a groundbreaking new partnership that saw six new partners join the ranks. Acknowledging that the addition of six new partners to a 24-year-old company is almost unheard of, he emphasizes the importance of providing these individuals with equity in the company and the benefit it will have on the future of our firm. This initiative has already begun to foster an ownership mentality among our team, which Danny believes will drive our growth as we expand into new markets in 2025.

Similarly, Jonathan Stark, co-founder and partner, is thrilled with the promotions and new roles that emerged in the fall of 2024. He shares that one of his proudest achievements for the firm is the expansion of our life impact reviews, where our pastoral counselor, Dawson Skow, helps clients process the emotional and relational impacts of their experiences. Jonathan shares his excitement for the profound effect these reviews have had on both our clients and our firm. Looking ahead, he’s thrilled to see Attorney Casey Kelly stepping into a leadership role, focusing on developing lawyers who are compassionate, aggressive advocates. Jonathan also foresees the integration of Artificial Intelligence as a game-changer, leveling the playing field for individuals up against big insurance companies. “AI will significantly favor people going up against big insurance companies,” he says, eager to see its benefits for our clients.

For Will Davis, chief legal officer and partner, 2024 was marked by substantial growth in talent and leadership at Daniel Stark. Becoming a new partner himself, Will is enthusiastic about the collective potential of our team. “We’ve added great talent, and I think this is a great group of people,” he states confidently. Will praises the firm’s commitment to storytelling, moving beyond simple documentation to highlight the unique stories of our clients. He is excited about the continued alignment of our team, confident that they can tackle any challenge with the right people in place. He also embraces the technological advancements we’ve made, such as our early adoption of AI, and looks forward to harnessing these tools further in 2025.

Chris Carver, partner, has found fulfillment in the collaboration and leadership opportunities presented by our new partners. With the personal injury landscape in Texas evolving, Chris acknowledges the challenges ahead but is optimistic about how our leadership team will adapt. “The new attorney leaders are top-notch,” he notes, expressing eagerness to witness how their leadership will elevate the firm. Despite the changing legal environment, Chris remains steadfast in our mission to prioritize client advocacy. He is prepared for the pendulum to swing and ready to adapt, always keeping our clients’ best interests at heart.

Together, our Partners embody the core values of Daniel Stark and are committed to leading our firm into a promising future. With their guidance, we will continue to build on our successes and cultivate a community where clients’ unique stories are heard, respected, and valued.
