Dana Nichols brings a heart of compassion and a mind of precision to her role as a litigation attorney at Daniel Stark.

A third-generation Baylor Bear, she attended Baylor University in Waco, earning her undergraduate degree in 2009 and her law degree from Baylor Law School in 2012. Dana began her career in Dallas, Texas, at a general civil litigation firm, where she quickly discovered that her true passion was personal injury law. Over the years, she has proudly represented clients through some of the most difficult moments in their lives, serving as both a skilled advocate and a compassionate guide.

Dana joined Daniel Stark in 2024, drawn to the firm’s mission of putting clients first and making meaningful impacts in their lives. She finds immense reward in building personal connections with her clients—listening to their stories, understanding their struggles, and delivering solutions with precision and heart. Her grit and dedication shine through in every case she handles, creating a lasting difference for the people she serves.

Outside of work, Dana embraces her passion for the outdoors on her family ranch in Northeast Texas. A new mom, she balances parenting with her love for racing and triathlons, especially half marathons. Impressively, she competed in two races while pregnant in 2023, including the Sprint Triathlon National Championship. Most recently, she and her husband completed the Ironman 70.3 in Waco.
