Gabrielle Becker is a passionate litigation attorney at Daniel Stark, specializing in personal injury and auto crash cases. Her legal career began as an Assistant District Attorney with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office, where she honed her skills and deepened her commitment to justice.
During her tenure as a prosecutor, Gabrielle successfully tried numerous cases involving drugs, family violence, aggravated assault, sexual assaults, internet crimes against children, and vehicular offenses. She takes particular pride in her advocacy work within the Special Victims Division and Vehicular Crimes Division.
Driven by a “humble and hungry” mindset and a desire to continue helping victims, Gabrielle transitioned to civil law. Before joining Daniel Stark, she gained valuable experience litigating mass tort cases across multiple states, including Texas, California, Louisiana, New York, and Nevada.
In May 2024, Gabrielle brought her expertise to Daniel Stark. Her background in criminal prosecution has uniquely positioned her to work compassionately with clients while navigating complex legal challenges.
