Jason grew up in Dallas, Texas, before pursuing his academic interests at Texas Tech University, majoring in philosophy. In his senior year, he ambitiously chose to attend law school and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston.
He began his legal career as a major crimes prosecutor at just 26. After nearly a decade, he was appointed to be a United States Immigration Judge in Dallas, Texas. He is renowned for his trial skills and has taught advanced trial skills and strategies around the world – from across the United States to the UK to the UAE.
He was drawn to Daniel Stark because of its sterling reputation for fighting for its clients. After visiting the firm, he was captivated by the genuine camaraderie, supportive environment, and desire to dominate Texas.
Jason joined Daniel Stark in May 2024, driven by a shared commitment to excellence and community. He sees strong parallels between his work as a prosecutor and in personal injury – both advocate for the “good guy” and seek justice for those impacted by life-altering events. Jason looks forward to bringing justice to injured clients.
