Spencer Smith

Spencer Smith works out of our Waco office bringing a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to client advocacy. Graduating cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, Spencer’s professional accomplishments are a testament to his dedication and expertise. 

Driven by a genuine care for people and their stories, Spencer chose the legal profession to help individuals achieve what they couldn’t accomplish on their own. He firmly believes that clients deserve to be treated as individuals, with their stories heard and their needs prioritized. Recognizing the challenges and difficult times our clients face, Spencer is passionate about protecting them from the tactics of insurance companies and ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout the legal process. 

Beyond his professional pursuits, Spencer maintains a strong connection to his roots and passions. He is a fervent supporter of the Atlanta Braves and both Baylor and University of Georgia athletics. He also enjoys creating BBQ and southern dishes that remind him of growing up in Georgia.
