Steven Hooker

Steven Hooker is a devoted attorney at Daniel Stark and, in September of 2024, he was named Partner of the firm. His dedication to his clients and his profession has earned him numerous accolades, including Thomas Reuters’ Super Lawyers Rising Star award from 2020-2024. 

Steven received his Distinction Award in Trial Advocacy and was a finalist in Advanced Negotiation at Texas Tech School of Law. He is also licensed in the Western District of Texas – Waco Division. 

Steven’s passion for justice is what drives him to stand up against insurance companies that try to dictate what his clients’ injuries are worth. He firmly believes in serving as a deterrent against such companies, and he always goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients receive the compensation they deserve. 

Outside of the office, Steven enjoys reading, lifting weights, running and hiking, frisbee golf, saltwater fishing, periodic hunting trips, and actively seeking out new experiences through travel. Steven and his wife, Bianca, share two children, Nolan and Natalie. Bianca is currently a fitness instructor for Fit for Mom in College Station and was previously an elementary school teacher for many years.

His favorite core value is “Do It All, Do It Right, Do It Now.” He believes that if something is worth doing, it should be done with speed, aggression, and the highest quality possible.
