Zain is a trial lawyer dedicated to representing people who were injured or wronged due to the actions of another.
Zain studied Political Science and Business at the University of Texas A&M where he competed on both the Men’s Swimming and Diving Team and the Speech and Debate Team. After, Zain worked in the Texas Legislature where he learned the importance of representation in fighting to better the lives of everyday Texans. He then chose to attend Baylor Law because of its nationally recognized trial program and distinguished himself as a tenacious advocate in moot court and mock trial competitions.
Zain’s primary focus is automobile and trucking collisions, although he has practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, and general civil litigation. As a lawyer, Zain believes great advocacy comes from truly listening to a client’s story and understanding how their injuries have significantly, and uniquely, impacted their lives. When Zain takes on a case, he is prepared to fight during every phase – from the date of the life-changing event to closing argument at trial.
Outside of the courtroom, Zain stays involved in Texas politics through the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. In his free time, Zain can be found exploring a new country, relaxing with friends and family, or experiencing all that his hometown of Austin has to offer.
